Do you actually come to my RV?
Yes - the entire A1 RV Repair model is mobile and on-site. Driveway, campground, RV park, storage lot, dealership overflow, or roadside, anywhere we can park the truck next to your rig.
About 95 percent of repairs happen exactly where the rig is parked, so you skip the tow bill, the dealership wait list, and the hassle of dropping off. The truck is the shop.
How fast can you respond?
Same-day for most jobs called in before noon in our core covered metros across the nationwide network, with 2 to 4 hour emergency windows when a unit is leaking, dead, or stranded. For non-urgent maintenance like winterization or annual inspection we typically book 3 to 7 days out.
Either way, the dispatch comes with a real ETA, not a 4-hour mystery window. Affordable flat-rate quote on the same call.
How do you charge?
Flat-rate pricing, quoted by phone before we ever leave the shop. The number we tell you on the call is the number on your invoice - no hourly meter, no diagnostic surcharge buried at the bottom, no travel fees in the small print.
If a job needs additional parts mid-repair, we stop and call you with the new total before continuing. You decide whether to proceed today or defer.
Are your techs certified?
Yes. Many of our A1 RV Repair techs hold RVIA and RVDA certifications, and several came up through dealership service bays before going mobile. Across the team every tech brings years of hands-on RV repair experience.
We match the right specialist to your job, so the tech doing your slide-out gear pack swap has done a hundred of them. Where a job needs a specific license like EPA 609 for refrigerant work, the credentialed tech runs that call.
What types of RVs do you work on?
All of them. Class A diesel pushers, Class A gas, Class B vans, Class C cabovers, Super C, fifth wheels, travel trailers, toy haulers, truck campers, and pop-ups.
Brand-wise we are agnostic - Tiffin, Newmar, Winnebago, Jayco, Forest River, Grand Design, Keystone, Coachmen, Heartland, Thor, Airstream, Lance, you name it. Mobile, on-site, professional service across the board.
Do you handle warranty claims?
Often yes. Tell us the warranty company and policy number when you call so we can pre-authorize the claim before dispatch.
We work directly with Good Sam ESP, Wholesale Warranties, RV Masters, Forest River Protect, Cornerstone, and most third-party providers, and we handle the paperwork end-to-end so you are not stuck on hold. If the policy excludes the specific failure, we will tell you up-front and quote out-of-pocket.
